1. Booking and Payments


Once you’ve booked your trip, your spot is confirmed when we receive full payment or a deposit (depending on the arrangement). We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and direct transfers. If you need assistance with booking, feel free to contact us!

2. Cancellations and Refunds


Life happens! If you need to cancel, we’ve got you covered. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your tour, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows won’t be eligible for a refund.

3. Liability and Insurance


While we do everything to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, travelers are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. We highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance, as Athens Hoppers is not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or any loss during the tour.

4. Itinerary Changes


Sometimes, unexpected things like weather or road conditions mean we have to adjust the itinerary a little bit. We’ll do our best to inform you of any changes as soon as possible, and rest assured, any changes made are in the best interest of your experience and safety!

5. Age and Health Requirements


We want everyone to have a great time! If a tour involves physical activity (like a hike or adventure experience), please make sure you’re in good health and ready to join in. Some tours may have age restrictions or other requirements — these will always be listed in the tour details.

6. Privacy Policy


Your personal details are safe with us. We value your privacy and promise not to share your information with anyone unless necessary for your booking or required by law. Feel free to check out our full Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Force Majeure


In the rare case of events beyond our control (like extreme weather, strikes, or natural disasters), we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative date or issue a refund.
